We are looking for strong Usability Lead and also has eCommerce Or Global experience.
JD
Lead the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of various usability methods as needed on projects. Activities may include:
Surveys
Card sorting
Competitive analysis
In-person usability testing
Remote/online usability testing
Work with the online cross-functional team, including representatives from business strategy, product groups, visual design, copy and technology teams and make recommendations to team members about the most appropriate usability methods to use for any Bose Web-based project.
Review and advise other members of the UX team on the effectiveness of the wireframes, site maps, and interactive prototypes that they build
Contribute (as needed) to the strategy and advancement of the DSTs usability program by researching and experimenting with new tools and techniques
Skills & Experience
10
years of Web-based usability experience in a corporate or consulting environment
Tangible experience in a retail e-commerce environment
Experience working in global Web environments is a plus
Experience managing usability on large-scale web projects required.
Experience creating consumer-focused website experiences including: concept development, information architecture, design and measurement, with proven customer satisfaction results
Experienced with various usability activities and tools such as:
Usability testing
Surveys
Heuristic evaluation
Card sorting
Competitive analysis
Bachelors degree/other educational background in a User Experience-related field (e.g., user interface design, usability, HCI)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
