Let's inspire healthier lives, together. Job Description This position serves a key role within OSTA by providing strategic analytical support to management across the organization. This individual will be required to collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning, devise financial modelling and profitability analysis, perform budgeting / forecasting, develop KPI's and metrics, and ensure business performance management. This role will heavily support financial systems and data management processes. Job Duties Collaborate with functional leaders and project managers by providing analysis tools that will allow functional areas to evaluate and choose between tactical options, define measures of success and the related target metrics and KPI's, and provide reporting and analysis as to results. Partner with management in assigned areas to understand business subject matter and provide financial guidance and support in proactively managing risks and opportunities. Utilize a high level of technical capability, data management skills, and deep understanding of financial systems to partner with IT and Finance departments to design and implement data and reporting solutions to meet both short term and long term needs of supported functions. Support the reporting process, develop best practice processes to communicate financial results efficiently and effectively to multiple stakeholders. Assist with five-year financial plan, incorporating business trends, integrating new product development and operations improvement projects. Partner across Olympus divisions and functions to help obtain and refine key assumptions and inputs, targets and metrics for the organization. Enhance process and improve execution of the entity's financial planning, forecasting, and related analytical activities. Ensures alignment of financial plan with OSTA's five-year plan. Provide ad hoc analytical support and other essential duties as directed. Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of business planning and financial analysis experience. Strong oral and written communication skills required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. High level of motivation, commitment and dedication combined with a proactive mind set. Team player. Ability to multi-task. Demonstrated aptitude to design, build, test and implement complex financial modelling that is error free. Individual must have relevant software skills (experience with the following software products or their equivalents required:
Oracle, Hyperion, SmartView or Essbase; Advanced skill level in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point).
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
