Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Project Manager to oversee projects and ensure the completion of the project on time and within budget.
Assist in the management of multiple projects.
Ensures timely completion of small projects or portions of large projects.
Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers with all aspects of project management in order to become fully proficient in resource management, project planning, and project execution 2.
Responsible for aligning internal resources and third parties/vendors to meet project goals and objectives 3.
Manage Tasks, Milestones and goals through-out each project and communicate to project leads 4.
Document and communicate project status, obstacles, risk assessments and mitigation plans 5.
Facilitate communication and team meetings between internal groups, internal functions, and outside suppliers/customers as necessary in support of the project execution.

Regularly reviews status of project and makes modifications to scheduling, costing, equipment and staff requirements as necessary 7.
Function as Lead Project Manager smaller organizational project JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education:
Possessing a Associate's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Minimum
Experience:
1-3 years of direct Project Management Knowledge project management methodology and SDLC Proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Power Point & Excel) Some experience in field operations or supply-chain operations Preferred
Experience:
Exposure to Project Management Applications such as MS Project & Smartsheet Retail Systems experience Software Implementation Experience Licenses/Certifications:
Soft Skills:
Strong Time Management Skills Strong Writing and Presentation Skills Conflict mediation and Diplomacy Ability to influence without having direct authority Must be able to multi-task and jump from project to project quickly Excellent Communication Skills Job Type:
