What you'll do Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.
Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.
Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.
Coordinate with off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage Work with appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortages Reconcile and root cause inventory discrepancies Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.
Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines.
May have responsibility for fulfilment administration and processes.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Who you are High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 35 lbs.
Proficient in basic mathematics Knowledge of computerized material flow methods.
