Randstad, in partnership with the Bose Corporation is seeking an Account
Analyst! As a member of the Americas Sales Team, a Sales Operations organization, the Account Services Analyst is the single point of contact responsible for the execution of the Order Management through Order Fulfillment process of a complex, high volume, multimillion dollar Key Account Reseller.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute the daily Order Management for the customer through SAP and Forecast Management database. Analyze and report changes in Order patterns. Coordinate the release of orders for multiple distribution centers.
Work with Warehouse and Distribution to ensure execution of daily Orders and on time delivery performance to customer.
Work with Supply Chain to justify above/below forecast demand while minimizing inventory exposure and maximizing delivery performance to customer.
Reconcile SAP Open Orders with customer Open Purchase Orders to ensure timely product receipt and elimination of chargebacks for non-compliance.
Determine weeks of on hand inventory per sku at customer sites based upon end customer actual orders and sell thru. Recommend purchase quantity to customer based upon weeks on hand inventory.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues associated with daily Order Management process including EDI technical issues.
Ensure adherence to customer's performance metrics. Determine root causes and execute corrective action of infractions.
Review and resolve inquiries from customer's supplier database including infraction management, invoice inquiries, purchase order resolution, and other requests as needed.
Participate in and prepare product status report for weekly meeting with customer.
Coordinate the fulfillment of Marketing incentive program products to the customer in order to promote product awareness and revenue growth.
Lead and facilitate cross functional continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual/transaction driven tasks through SAP EDI and to improve overall customer order cycle time. Test new SAP functionality before go-live.
Bachelor of Science in Business curriculum - preferably Operations Management or Supply Chain
3-7 Years Customer facing Order Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations Analyst experience
Thorough knowledge of, or, actual Supply Chain experience
SAP Order Management experience preferred or other ERP level Order Management experience
Proficient knowledge and Super User of Microsoft EXCEL
Proven track record of continuous improvement/Lean initiatives through goals and measurements
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Detail oriented

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
