DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of coordinative and administrative support functions such as
public relations
, researching information, compiling data, preparing documents, monitoring and tracking search projects and coordinating projects/programs. Performs related duties as assigned. The person in this role must be able to interact with team members (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. A positive, can do attitude is a must.

The ability to maintain confidentiality, as well as expert written and verbal communication skills, a strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements may include, but not limited to:

Provide administrative support as required.
Prepare status reports on marketing efforts
Public relations, advertising and creating brand awareness
Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, graphics, and reports
Assist with the creation and maintenance of support processes, reports and forms
Support Marketing Department in the production of time sensitive client deliverables in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Outlook
Assist on various projects against multiple deadlines
Database maintenance: Bullhorn, SharePoint
Assist with Phones
Skills in:
Composing, editing and proofreading a variety of correspondence, reports or forms.
Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Ability to:
Independently perform administrative assignments with a high degree of accuracy and under minimal supervision.
Organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently.
Exercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information.
Understand written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate Degree minimum
Marketing experience a plus, a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Support experience in professional
services
, sales or marketing environment desired
Confidence, enthusiasm and team player attitude a must
Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
Positive, collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas
Diligent work ethic and insatiable desire to expand skills and be the best
Quick learner
Self-starter; good initiative
Multitasking and time management strengths

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
