Job Description
Participates in the evaluation, selection, design, development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance and upgrading of HR software applications for the organization. Prepares management and statistical HR summaries and reports. Ensures accuracy and data integrity of HRIS. Acts as a liaison with Information Technology staff.
Identify, create and manage reports to support the business. Understand data requirements and reporting needs to general queries and reports.
Audit systems for data integrity. Ensure security and integrity of HR information through established security protocol. Performs analysis of employee data.
Coordinates changes and modifications to HRIS system and updates documentation as needed.
Provide daily HR systems support, special project support, testing support as needed.
Assists in developing testing strategies, writing test scripts/cases, managing testing cycles, monitoring test execution and resolving testing issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years experience utilizing Peoplesoft/Oracle HR
Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of ADP payroll, MS Access and SQL, a plus.
