Our retail client, located west of Boston, is looking for a freelance Web Copywriter to help them create and maintain product-related copy for their site. This is a full-time, onsite role and could become direct hire for the right candidate.
In this role, you will also be creating and maintaining copy styleguides and creating clear, persuasive copy for new and existing product, developing tiles and descriptions based on these guidelines, and working with other departments on additional content/information needed. Researching products, competition and customer information is also part of this job.
To qualify, you should have 3
years of experience in product copy with strong web expertise. In addition, you must have excellent editing, proofreading, attention to detail, organization and the ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. Retail/E-Commerce expertise and knowledge of HTML are highly preferred.
