Our client is seeking experienced Engineers to join a top-notch team in their internal Technical Consulting group. This group is tasked with handling complex technical challenges in a world class biologics manufacturing environment. The Hiring Manager has the flexibility to consider profiles ranging from junior to senior individual contributors.
The main function of this role is to perform advanced data analysis and mathematical modeling of process and equipment leading to better process understanding in a pilot environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
o Performing gap/risk assessment, equipment design and characterization, and onsite support.
o Support technology transfer of biologics manufacturing process.
o Evaluation and implementation of new platform technologies to improve process monitoring and control, scale-up and scale-down.
o Develop novel experimental approaches, integrate with advanced measurements, PAT, to enhance process understanding
Formal descriptions can be supplied for interested candidates.
Qualified candidates will have BS degree or higher (MS preferred) and industry experience. Preference given to those with experience supporting biologics manufacturing. Must have technical computing/mathematical modeling and programming experience (Matlab, MathCAD). Process modeling experience using programs such as Simulink, gPROMS, AspenOne is also preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely to be considered. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
