The position of Clinical Services Director is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development of policy for a premiere, growth-oriented Health and Retirement provider.

Responsibility:
Management of Nursing Care Services for the Organization.
Oversee and coordinate care through the management/mentoring of the Directors of Nursing at the seven current locations in MA
Monthly assessment of departmental systems, QAPI initiatives, and compliance with State and Federal requirements
Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer for the organization to assure compliance with all applicable Codes of Conduct and Regulations
Implement and monitor Information Systems for use in Clinical Services and development of management strategies
Participate in the development of medical and clinical policy and procedures
Work with Executive Directors to develop the annual clinical performance expectations
Cultivate career development strategies with Nursing Directors

Requirements
Strong background in both Clinical and Financial aspects of the Nursing function
Bachelors or Master's degree
Current MA, RN license
Minimum of eight years SNF experience with at least three as a Nursing Director
Experience in Quality/Performance Improvement Process
Knowledge of requirements for Medicare and Medicaid participation, License requirements, OBRA, OSHA, MDS and JCAHO
Experience in Matrix a distinct advantage

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
