To support our company's strategic initiatives and continued growth, we are currently seeking top talent to join our Facilities Support Department as a Regional Maintenance Lead.
The Regional Maintenance Lead will be responsible for responsible for supervising maintenance service and repairs conducted at retail store locations, including but not limited to trades such as HVACR, food and beverage equipment, electrical, general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
The Regional Maintenance Lead will need to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee day to day service operations in a 24x7 environment (as a tier 2 responder).
Manage vendors to ensure compliance with agreed prices, established service levels, and proper geographic coverage.
Work closely with dispatchers, communicating vendor assignments, warranty information, project updates, suggested troubleshooting procedures, etc.
as needed to ensure smooth dispatch process, maximize phone fixes, and assure proper prioritization of jobs.
Track warranty repairs and works with equipment manufacturer and warranty vendors as needed.
Review and approve vendor proposals and invoices Manage small capital projects, including but not limited to examples such as equipment roll outs/replacement, roof replacements, septic system replacements.
Proactively monitor work orders for recurring issues, identifies problems and follows through on repairs Respond to unsatisfactory feedback left by operations and addresses with vendor and follow up with customer Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent; Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

years' experience in field or related area and familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Demonstrated base working knowledge of trades preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Project Management and Computerized maintenance management software experience preferred Proven ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups; experience working in environments using wide degree of creativity and latitude Proficient with smart phone and/or tablet computers Cumberland Farms, Inc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
