Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
o Responsible for cold calling prospective clients and obtaining necessary business background information for sales process
o Identifies prospective client business needs through set assessments
o Utilizes Google Analytics, Adwords and other 3rd party tools to prepare SEO and PPC assessments
o Work in various software and sales tools to identify high potential business prospects
o Master scheduler for all client meetings
o Responsible for onboarding all new clients and facilitating them through the billing, ticketing, operations and scheduling processes
o Develop and document sales processes and posting on Wakefly Intranet after identifying areas that are not in alignment with best practices
o Schedule a minimum of 2 appointments per day for Customer Acquisition Manager
Job Requirements:
o 1 year sales, marketing or finance experience including internships
o Working understanding of PPC, SEO, Social Media and how they all work together
o Excellent analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Extremely flexible and responsive to a client no matter what time of day as hours can vary depending on prospective client and location
o Google certification will be required upon hiring. Other certifications will be required for this position


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
