HR Business Partner
Do you have extensive experience in the HR field and would like to join a highly respected company? A Biotech company located west of Boston is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for a Contract position lasting at least 4 months.
Responsibilities:
Forge relationships with clients
Help influence decision making processes
Create and deliver solutions for client groups
Contribute towards talent management and development initiatives
Work on succession planning projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of HR experience
Comprehension of state and federal lawsNice to Have:
Prior work with employee relations matters
