Quality Control Analyst / Customer Service

Accounting Principals:
Quality Control Analyst - Loan Processing / Lending Quality Control Analyst Job Purpose:
The QC Analyst will be responsible for working with customers, as well as, reviewing all customer contracts, pre-qualifying customer loans and completing all data entry of loan information for processing.
Job Responsibilities:
o Review customer information, contracts and ensure completeness, accuracy for quality control purposeso Complete data entry of loan information into computer systemo Pre-qualify customers and provide high level of customer service to answer questions and resolve any issues / concerns Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task; high attention to detailStrong written and oral communication skills; solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)Strong customer service experience along with a helpful and friendly attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
