Marketing Manager - Westborough, MA

PRIMARY PURPOSE :
This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Marking and acting as the primary liaison for sales team, coordinating a strong marketing plan that will meet branding plans, revenue goals and budget guidelines.
Completing various marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving revenue through sales support and creative marketing efforts.
This individual will collaborate on new collateral creation, complete assigned projects, assist in development, implementation and management of internal and external marketing and sales campaigns; tracking relevant sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; coordinating trade shows materials and pre/post informational surveys and vendors.
The position conduct s market research surveys, compile and track various competitor pricing matrixes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials using advanced knowledge of marketing and graphic designCoordinate and deliver email and print mail campaignsCollaborate on supportive collateral designManage specialty advertising stock distribution and replenishmentProvide support to field sales through ad-hoc materialsWork with manager to determine budget and manage expenses to that budgetCreate thought leadership materialsIdentify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer referencesResearch market pricing and trendsSupport trade show materials and coordinate stockCreate and distribute customer and internal surveysSupport new locations acquisitions through internal and external announcements SUPERVISORY Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory duties.
It works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing roleExtensive working knowledge in full Adobe suite software- specifically Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated, posses drive, and enthusiasm with great attention to detailMS office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)Good marketing acumen and the ability to assimilate and process technical, marketing ,and sales information LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
