My name is Yami and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Westborough,MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Seeking a Sr. Loan Processor to assist with all parties involved in the loan process to final disposition and investor sale, providing a seamless and high quality customer experience at all times.
Responsibilities:
o Mortgage processing experience is required
o Review and comprehend complex Underwriting and Program guidelines
o Complete and verify various 3rd party verification reports
o Review and index incoming UW required conditions for accuracy and completeness
o Monitor and maintain accurate up-to-date pipelines
o Follow document procedures within company service level requirements
o Strong knowledge of CFPB/QM Points and Fees, Respa, GFE and mortgage compliance regulations is highly preferred
