My name is Candace and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Post Loan Closer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Westborough, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Reporting to the Director, Post Closing, the Post Closer is responsible for a range of duties related to the review, preparation and delivery of closed loan files.
Reviews Loan Files for completeness and accuracy
Completes data entry and maintains date integrity in LOS (Loan Operating Software)
Perform FHA case assignments, transfers, cancellations and appraisal logging activities
Assist in clearing Post Funding audit findings
Assist in the handling of Post Funding customer service requests
Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Develop and maintain files and records
