Summary of Position:
The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who excels in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment; someone who can manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with a positive attitude. This person will assist with client communication and day-to-day operational needs, including scheduling, answering phones, in addition to greeting and directing visitors. Strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as excellent client service skills are of much importance in this role. Willing to consider candidates looking for a reduced hours schedule.
Principle
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm client meetings
Prepare portfolio and annuity reports for daily client/prospect meetings
Schedule hotel and flight accommodations for team members
Schedule Quarterly Conference Calls and Quarterly Correspondence
Coordinate client mailings (i.e. mail merges, outgoing/incoming mail, birthday/holiday cards)
Update and maintain client records in multiple contact management databases
Create reports to analyze new client trends and track assets under management
Welcome on-site visitors and announce and/or direct visitors
Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and handle inquiries and routine correspondence
Provide general administrative and clerical support including receiving and sorting mail, overseeing deliveries, filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
Support tax department, when needed
Build upon client relationships by providing indispensable service
Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
A positive attitude and extraordinary customer service skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
